Job description

Our Client, a Digital Media company, is looking for an Ad Operations Lead for their Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations, including setup, QA, launch, monitoring, and optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define campaign objectives, targeting strategies, timelines, and success metrics
  • Build and manage audience segments and targeting configurations
  • Coordinate creative asset development, approvals, and launch readiness across teams
  • Perform campaign QA and troubleshoot targeting, configuration, and delivery issues
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance; recommend and implement optimizations
  • Develop and maintain recurring reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates
  • Support analytics and measurement efforts using reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Serve as the operational subject matter expert for campaign execution and governance
  • Document workflows, requirements, and process improvement opportunities
  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies to improve campaign quality and scalability
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to established standards, approval processes, and user experience guidelines
 
Requirements:
  • Must-have skills/qualifications (technical, soft skills, certifications, tools):
  • 3+ years of experience in campaign operations, marketing operations, ad operations, or a related field
  • Experience managing campaigns from planning and setup through QA, launch, optimization, and reporting
  • Strong project management and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with audience targeting, campaign performance monitoring, and optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau)
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideal experience level (years, leadership, industries):
  • Experience with subscription, affiliate, partner, or lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital publishing, advertising, or monetization platforms
  • Experience serving as the operational owner or subject matter expert for a campaign management platform
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and proactively solve problems
