Position: Content Strategist
Duration 7 months.
Location – US remote – EST hours..

Role Overview
Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of content and campaign initiatives that support sales, industry, and go-to-market priorities. This role serves as the connective tissue between stakeholders, strategy, creative development, and publishing, ensuring content programs are aligned, organized, and delivered effectively across channels.
The role combines content strategy, campaign planning, stakeholder management, and day-to-day project coordination across the full content lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to industry leaders, sales enablement, proposal strategists, and commercial marketing and sales leadership to translate business priorities into clear, compelling content narratives and programs
  • Project manage the full campaign and content creation lifecycle, including:
    • Gathering insights and requirements from stakeholders
    • Developing project briefs and content direction
    • Coordinating channel plans and execution strategies
    • Managing workflow with copywriters, designers, and supporting teams
    • Ensuring alignment to strategic business objectives and campaign priorities
    • Supporting publishing and promotion of final outputs
  • Own and manage the content calendar, including campaign timelines, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, approvals, and status tracking
  • Coordinate content and campaign execution across channels including web, email, sales enablement, thought leadership, and social
  • Develop and maintain content themes aligned to capabilities, industries, and business priorities
  • Lead the creation and oversight of sales-support and thought leadership content including articles, case studies, reports, campaign assets, emails, and social content
  • Ensure messaging consistency and alignment across campaigns, content, and enablement materials
  • Continuously refine content and campaign priorities based on stakeholder feedback, market trends, and business needs
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends and translate insights into content opportunities, campaign recommendations, and internal reports

Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, campaign management, or related roles
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience managing multiple campaigns and content initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience building and managing organization-wide content calendars and marketing workflows
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including marketing, sales enablement, design, and leadership stakeholders
  • Strong writing, editorial, and storytelling capabilities with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience developing B2B content and campaigns for complex products, services, or technology offerings
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing planning and campaign activation
  • Experience with content and workflow management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Airtable, or similar platforms
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal), CRM systems (Salesforce), and enablement tools (Highspot) is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media publishing and engagement tools such as LinkedIn and Sprout Social is a plus
