Job Description – FormTitan Sr. Developer (Salesforce)

Key Responsibilities
FormTitan Development & Configuration

  • Design, develop, and maintain FormTitan forms, portals, and workflow solutions.
  • Configure dynamic forms, conditional logic, validations, calculations, and multi-step workflows.
  • Develop customer-facing and internal business portals using FormTitan.
  • Implement document generation, e-signature, payment, and approval workflows.
  • Configure automated notifications, alerts, and business process automation.
Salesforce Integration
  • Integrate FormTitan solutions with Salesforce objects and business processes.
  • Configure bidirectional data synchronization between FormTitan and Salesforce.
  • Work with standard and custom Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships.
  • Support Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards as part of end-to-end solutions.
  • Troubleshoot data mapping, integration, and synchronization issues.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
  • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into scalable FormTitan and Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct solution design workshops and provide recommendations based on best practices.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Testing & Deployment
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
  • Support deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Management & Support
  • Collaborate with business users, Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Project Managers.
  • Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on FormTitan development and configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities.
  • Experience designing complex forms, portals, workflows, and document generation solutions.
  • Experience integrating FormTitan with Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or e-signature integrations.
  • Experience with payment gateway integrations.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts.
