Junior Case Manager
Location: Remote — Colombia

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Junior Case Manager to join a growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm specializing in motor vehicle accident cases.
As a key member of the legal operations team, you will help manage active Personal Injury cases from post-intake through settlement by coordinating communication with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal legal teams. Your ability to maintain organized case files, monitor treatment progress, and keep cases moving efficiently will directly contribute to an outstanding client experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and comfortable managing multiple active cases while following structured legal processes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Case Management
  • Manage active Personal Injury cases following client intake through settlement.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure each matter moves efficiently through the legal process.
  • Maintain organized case files and accurate case notes.
  • Identify potential issues that could impact case progression.

Client & Medical Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after intake.
  • Monitor medical treatment, appointments, referrals, and provider updates.
  • Request, organize, and follow up on medical records and billing documentation.
  • Keep clients informed while delivering a professional and compassionate experience.

Insurance & Documentation
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, property damage, and injury claims.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation throughout each case.
  • Assist with preparing case summaries and supporting documentation for demand preparation.
  • Ensure all case information is properly documented and updated.

Legal Operations & Collaboration
  • Follow Georgia-specific Personal Injury workflows, internal SOPs, and compliance procedures.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members.
  • Support efficient case progression through proactive communication and organization.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in legal operations and client service.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience managing U.S. Personal Injury cases.
  • Experience handling Personal Injury cases in any U.S. state is required; Georgia experience is a strong plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Comfortable following structured workflows, SOPs, and legal procedures.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based Personal Injury law firms.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, treatment timelines, and insurance claims processes.
  • Experience coordinating with medical providers and insurance adjusters.
  • Experience managing high-volume caseloads while maintaining exceptional client service.
