This highly visible role will report to the head of our Integration Center of Excellence and offers the opportunity to work directly with executive leadership while driving complex integrations that deliver measurable business impact. This position will support remote work as a member of our nationally distributed team; however, candidates must capable of operating within Eastern Time business hours.
As a M&A Integration Project Manager, you will:
Lead and own end-to-end M&A integration project plans, including milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables from diligence through post-close stabilization
Drive execution across distributed, cross-functional teams—ensuring accountability, follow-through, and progress against critical milestones in a remote environment
Proactively identify risks, issues, and delays, and escalate with clear recommendations to keep integrations on track
Establish and manage integration governance, including virtual workstream check-ins, executive updates, and decision forums
Coordinate integration activities across Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, People & Culture, Client Service, and Go-to-Market teams
Deliver clear, concise, executive-ready reporting on progress, risks, and upcoming milestones
Partner closely with senior leadership to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure successful integration outcomes
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business discipline
PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
10+ years of experience within a professional services firm including a minimum of 5+ years of experience leading complex M&A integration or large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong project management expertise, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional workstreams across remote teams with competing priorities and tight timelines
Demonstrated ability to influence, drive accountability, and achieve outcomes without direct authority
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage executive and cross-functional audiences in virtual settings
Experience building dashboards, reporting, and executive updates that translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and translate evolving inputs into clear, actionable plans
What you can expect from us:
Our shared values that foster inclusion and belonging including uncompromising integrity, collaboration, trust, and mutual respect
The opportunity to innovate and do work that motivates and engages you
A collaborative environment focused on enabling you to further your career growth and continuous professional development
Competitive compensation and a total rewards package that focuses on all aspects of your wellbeing
