Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and specialized testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products related to glycols, brake fluids, and coolants.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as viscometers, pH meters, density meters, spectrophotometers, and chromatographs (GC/HPLC).
Ensure all tests comply with applicable ASTM, SAE, ISO, and industry standards.
Maintain detailed records and enter test data into LIMS or quality management systems.
Support troubleshooting of process or product issues with production and R&D teams.
Contribute to new product development and product optimization projects.
Monitor lab procedures to ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Assist in internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and participation in reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelorβs Degree in Chemical Engineering (mandatory).
7β10 years of proven experience in refinery or petrochemical plant maintenance, preferably in a lab setting.
Strong knowledge of automotive fluids, including glycols, brake fluids, and coolants.
Experience working with laboratory standards and analytical methods.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
Age requirement: 35 β 40 years.
