Pre-Sales Solution Consultant (People Analytics), Remote US (PT/MT)

Who We Are

One Model is experiencing fast growth as a leading vendor in the enterprise People Analytics space. We are seeking a passionate Pre-Sales Solution Consultant to help us scale our market presence and bridge the gap between deep HR data capability and strategic business value.

With customers and staff around the world, One Model is a complete people analytics solution—featuring a cloud-hosted data orchestration platform and advanced visualization web app that enables companies to unlock the value of their HR data.

This isn't your standard, script-reading sales demonstration role. We aren't looking for a "demo expert" who only knows which buttons to click, nor are we looking for a People Analytics practitioner who prefers to stay behind the scenes.

The ideal fit: You are currently a People Analytics practitioner, manager, or leader (or HR practitioner with a strong People Analytics skillset) who loves the domain but is ready to pivot your career. You want to take your deep understanding of HR data, move into the fast-paced world of SaaS, and use your natural charisma to inspire prospects and show them what’s possible.

What You’ll Do

As a critical partner to our sales team, you will showcase the business value, scalability, and strategic impact of One Model to prospective enterprise customers:

  • High-Impact Demos: Prepare for and deliver live, dynamic platform demonstrations tailored to the specific organizational and HR challenges of prospects.
  • Tailored Use Cases: Create custom content, metrics, and data mockups in the platform to showcase specific HR scenarios (TA, Comp, L&D, retention, etc.).
  • RFP & Functional Support: Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to navigate complex RFPs, write functional descriptions of platform capabilities, and handle ad-hoc product queries.
  • Content Creation: Record engaging product videos to showcase features and drive market excitement.

About You

  • The Domain Expertise: You have applied, hands-on experience in the People Analytics space. You understand the reality of HRIS landscapes, headcount metrics, and how HR data structures work in the real world.
  • Natural Charisma & Presence: You are an exceptional communicator who commands a room. You genuinely enjoy meeting new people, building rapport quickly, and reading an audience to adjust your presentation style on the fly.
  • Not Afraid to Sell: You understand that this role is a critical part of the sales process and as such, you are able to build excitement about the One Model platform and clearly explain its value proposition. 
  • The Storyteller & Translator: You have a people analytics mindset, but your real superpower is translation. You can confidently discuss advanced analytics, metrics development, and system adoption with CHROs and HR leaders just as easily as you can discuss data logic with IT buyers.
  • Thrives in Momentum: You are adaptable, comfortable with a fast-paced scale-up environment, and can manage your time effectively when juggling multiple priorities.
  • What This Role Is NOT: This is a consultative, high customer-facing pre-sales role, NOT a backend data analytics or engineering position, nor is it a post-sales consulting role. This is not an applied People Analytics role, nor does it involve coding or data architecture work. 
  • Location: Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain US Timezones.

Base Salary Range
$130,000$150,000 USD
