This is a high-impact role where you’ll ensure services are delivered, measured, and paid at the right value — protecting margin, mitigating risk, and driving continuous improvement across the full supply chain lifecycle.
The Role
As Commercial Performance & Risk Lead, you’ll be accountable for end-to-end commercial control across the Santander account. From KPI performance and service credit exposure to supplier lifecycle management and billing accuracy, you’ll ensure everything aligns with contractual terms, performance outcomes, and financial expectations.
You’ll act as a key interface between Operations, Finance, Procurement, and the client—bringing together data, delivery, and commercial insight to eliminate risk and protect value.

- Ensure alignment with procurement strategy, contractual terms, and operational delivery
- Act as account lead for supplier onboarding and PSL management
- Manage escalations, supplier issues, and performance-related risks
Invoice & Value Assurance
- Ensure all purchase orders reflect correct scope, pricing, and outcomes
- Validate alignment between CAFM data, supplier activity, and billing
- Work closely with Finance to protect margin and ensure revenue recovery
Commercial Continuity & Renewals
- Lead supplier contract renewals, rate reviews, and pricing adjustments
- Ensure commercial terms remain competitive, consistent, and value-driven
- Support procurement strategies including retenders and supplier selection
Supply Chain Performance Management
- Maintain control across all supplier tiers (strategic to transactional)
- Drive KPI performance, pricing compliance, and commercial accountability
Risk & Value Protection
- Maintain visibility of KPI volatility, supplier risks, and financial leakage
- Act as escalation point for billing issues, non-compliance, and performance concerns
- Protect revenue integrity, margins, and contractual compliance at all times
