The Role

We are hiring Pakistan-based SDRs to support our US SMB outbound motion.

This role is responsible for generating qualified meetings with US-based private dental practices (typically 1–5 locations). This is a high-volume outbound role requiring daily cold calling, follow-up, and consistent pipeline generation.

You will work directly with US-based Account Executives and operate inside a structured, metrics-driven sales environment.

This role is not entry-level in mindset. We are looking for individuals who have already sold into the US market and understand activity discipline and outbound execution.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound calls into US dental practices

  • Run initial qualification conversations with office managers and practice owners

  • Position our AI platform clearly and concisely

  • Book qualified demos for Account Executives

  • Maintain strong follow-up discipline across call, email, and LinkedIn

  • Log all activity cleanly in Salesforce

  • Hit and exceed monthly meeting targets

  • Maintain daily activity benchmarks (calls, connects, meetings set)

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of SDR/BDR experience supporting US-based tech or SaaS companies

  • Proven history of hitting outbound call and meeting targets

  • Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation and professional tone

  • Comfortable cold calling US decision-makers daily

  • Experience working US business hours

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM

  • High resilience and consistency - able to maintain activity regardless of daily results

  • Coachable and process-oriented
