The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality technical training programs for both external customers and internal technical staff. This role serves as the central connective tissue between product teams, subject matter experts, and the learner community โ€” translating complex software functionality into engaging, accessible training experiences. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a live system administration workshop, authoring a self-paced eLearning course, and coaching a seasoned engineer on how to share their expertise effectively.
