    Contract High Volume Recruiters for Warehouse and Distribution
     
    Location: Remote work arrangements after onsite training is completed in Des Plaines, IL headquarters.

    Contract Length: 3 - 4 months (immediate start) 

    CJ Logistics America is looking for a creative, driven, and organized Contract/Temporary  Recruiter to support a special, high-impact recruiting initiative. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for connecting with top talent, and enjoy being hands-on in the hiring process, we want to hear from you.

    In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager and warehouse leaders to fill critical hourly and supervisory roles across multiple distribution centers.

     

    What You’ll Do:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
    • Drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles
    • Utilize multiple sourcing strategies (job boards, networking, passive sourcing) to build strong candidate pipelines
    • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
    • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
    • Write engaging job descriptions and maintain postings across multiple platforms
    • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application through offer
    • Stay compliant with all federal, state, and local hiring regulations
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on recruitment progress

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
    • Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience (20–30 open requisitions at a time)
    • Experience in recruiting in supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution required
    • Proven success sourcing hourly and supervisory talent
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
    • Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
    • Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
    • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and others
    • Perform other related job duties as assigned or required.

    Compensation and Schedule:

    • Pay Range: $40-$45 per hour with eligibility for overtime pay
    • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Flexibility may be required based on business needs.
    • As a temporary contract position, this role is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
