Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in experimentation platforms, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise experimentation capabilities, enabling teams to make informed product decisions through scalable testing frameworks and advanced analytics. This role requires close collaboration with Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, and Product teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on experimentation and data-driven product development.
Hands-on experience with enterprise experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, StatSig, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including:
A/B Testing
Multivariate Testing
Holdout Testing
Sequential Testing
Solid understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing, bias, variance analysis, and experiment interpretation.
Experience building or scaling experimentation frameworks and governance models.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, AI/ML, Analytics, and Product organizations.
