  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions and swift issue resolution.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest actionable improvements in service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system for quality assurance.
