As a vital part of our team, you will ensure that our Norwegian-speaking customers receive a top-notch online shopping experience by addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through email, chat, and phone communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order processing, returns, and payment methods.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurately manage and process customer orders from start to finish.
  • Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
