Job description

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for healthcare-related inquiries
Gather accurate patient information and verify insurance coverage and eligibility
Guide patients through the intake process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and follow-throughs
Accurately document all interactions and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of patient care

WHO YOU ARE

3+ years of experience in a healthcare, medical, or call center environment (Required)
Knowledgeable in medical terminology, insurance verification, or prior authorization is a strong plus
A compassionate communicator — you make people feel safe and well-taken-care-of
Detail-oriented and accurate, especially when it comes to sensitive patient information
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing high call volumes
HIPAA-aware and committed to confidentiality and compliance
Flexible with shifting schedules and reliable in a fully remote setup
