Job description

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients seeking pre-settlement funding
Gather accurate case information — accident details, attorney info, case status, and insurance data
Assess case eligibility and route to the appropriate funding team for review
Coordinate with attorneys and law firms to collect necessary documentation
Keep detailed, accurate records of every client interaction and case update
Follow up consistently to move cases through the pipeline without delays
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards

WHO YOU ARE

3+ years of experience in a call center, legal, financial, or intake-related role (Required)
Familiarity with pre-settlement funding, personal injury, or legal funding processes is a strong plus
A warm, professional communicator — you handle sensitive conversations with care and confidence
Detail-oriented and accurate — you know the small things make a big difference in this industry
Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously without dropping the ball
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive client and legal information
Flexible with shifting schedules and thrives in a fully remote setup
