業務内容

メール／電話／チャットによるインバウンドの問合せ対応
アウトバウンド施策（電話・メール・SNS・ウェビナー等）の企画・実行
国内外の展示会・イベントでのブース対応・リード獲得（年数回出張あり）
見込み顧客のリサーチとアカウントマッピング
マーケティングキャンペーンのフィードバックおよび改善策の提案
パイプラインの創出とCRMでのリード管理
チームプロセス／ポリシー策定への参画
