Minimum six months of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner experience.

Have an active Specialty NP license or be willing to obtain a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license in Oregon.

Specialized NP degree/certification from an accredited nurse practitioner program.

BLS and all relevant specialty/department-specific certifications required.

Travel: Reimbursement for travel between clinics as required, if required.
