Project Manager

About the Role

You will be working with DELOS scientific team and farming teams, proven to be at the cutting edge of the industry. We have thought leaders in aquaculture with our work impacting the livelihoods of thousands of people.

This role is full of variety here are a few things you could be working on:

• Identify project needs and develop a detailed timeline for completion (for example: SOP project, farm technical analysis and recommendation, Farm inputs, EPC & vendors data, etc.)
• Assist Head of Guru in administrative tasks
• Coordinate a project management with relevant teams and delegate tasks
• Monitor implementations and create detailed reports for upper management
• Keep track of a projects progress and ensure its completion before the deadline
• Implement changes to teams and processes as and when needed
• Convey and communicate relevant information to the Guru team.

About You

• A team player, who has managed a range of projects with multiple deliverables and stakeholders
• Highly detailed with a systematic approach with an attitude of extreme ownership
• Having experience in running shrimp farm is a plus
• Have knowledge of shrimp pond engineering & construction for cultivation purposes (pumps, aerators, electricity, etc.) is a plus
• Have a basic knowledge of biosecurity, shrimp health, and water quality for shrimp cultivation.

Location & Travel
Our team are based in Jakarta, Garut and Jogja. This role requires travel to client farms around Indonesia. You must be living in Indonesia.
