  • Carry out regular maintenance and maintenance of company inventory in the form of PCs, laptops, servers, printers and other accessories that are included in the IT field.
  • Installing the Operating System and other software accessories used for the company's operations.
  • Conduct an inventory of IT goods & carry out direct checks on devices.
  • Receiving and checking the delivery of goods or equipment included in the IT field.
  • Make visits to users, both head office and branches, if they are constrained by IT devices.
  • Ensuring that all hardware/software can be used by the user properly.
  • Recording, analyzing and reviewing issues that occur.

Qualification

  • Education: Minimum D3 majoring in Informatics Engineering / Informatics Systems
  • Skills: Mastering Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Accounting Systems / Accurate Programs
  • Basic IT Knowledge (Hardware, Software and Network Installation)
  • Work Experience : Minimum 2 Years
  • Personality: Honest, Patient, Creative, Loyal, Thorough, Responsible
