Our U.S.-based partner client is an experiential agency located in a major urban center. They design and execute immersive brand experiences for clients in technology, media, and consumer sectors. Their work spans strategic planning, creative direction, event production, and content creation. They value thoughtful, collaborative approaches to delivering quality projects and invite professionals who share a commitment to effective, clear communication and meaningful brand engagement.
We are seeking a rare hybrid talent: a Senior Designer who thrives at the intersection of big-idea conceptual design and flawless technical execution. In this role, you won't just dream up immersive environments, custom packaging, and high-end merchandise—you will also be the maestro ensuring concepts get printed, built and brought to life on spec and on brand. From creating elevated 3D renders that win pitches to delivering millimeter-perfect floor plans and print-ready mechanicals, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and physical reality.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.
If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to enter this fast-growing organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptual & 3D Design
Visualize Environments: Develop high-fidelity 3D renders and spatial layouts for experiential events, pop-ups, trade show booths, and brand activations.
Product & Packaging Ideation: Ideate and render custom structural packaging, influencer kits, and bespoke merchandise.
Creative Problem Solving: Translate internal creative briefs into tangible, innovative physical concepts that align with client branding and objectives.
Technical Execution & Production
Draft Technical Drawings: Generate accurate floor plans and structural tech specs for fabrication.
Pre-Press & Mechanicals: Build flawless, print-ready production files for large-format print, packaging dielines, and apparel/merch decoration.
Vendor Collaboration: Partner closely with fabricators, printers, and production managers to ensure design integrity and structural soundness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
Minimum of 8 years of professional design experience with a strong focus on print, packaging, and/or experiential event design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Proven expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Cinema 4D, Rhino, Blender, and/or KeyShot.
Strong working knowledge of CAD or Vectorworks for spatial planning, technical drafting, and design documentation.
Experience integrating AI-powered tools into the design workflow for concept development, visualization, and creative iteration.
Deep understanding of print production processes, including offset, digital, screen printing, and large-format printing, as well as paper engineering, substrate selection, fabrication methods, and production materials.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve design inconsistencies, production issues, and technical specifications such as alignment, bleeds, and file preparation.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
WHO YOU ARE
You love the "how it's made" aspect of design just as much as the aesthetics.
You are a self-starter who can balance multiple fast-moving agency timelines without breaking a sweat.
You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working alongside art directors, copywriters, and account teams.
