We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. This role involves supporting the creative process from concept development to execution, ensuring that our graphic design solutions are innovative, on-brand, and effectively communicate our clients' messages. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in experience & packaging design while contributing to high-impact projects with leading global brands.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Graphic Design: Strong technical 2D design skills and ability to develop visually compelling graphic concepts for digital, print, environmental, merchandise and packaging deliverables.
Mockups & Presentation Design: Create advanced mockups and assist in the preparation of presentations, including building compelling storybook-style decks that effectively showcase branded merchandise and environments. Ensure all visual elements are polished and professional.
Print Process Expertise: Show a strong understanding of designing for digital vs. print including industry standards with the ability to prep and package print-ready design files and mechanicals.
Production Knowledge: Become fluent in product design limitations and production processes to ensure that creative ideas are feasible and executable. Collaborate with the production team to achieve high-quality results.
Merchandise Development: Stay up-to-date with global packaging & retail trends and proactively incorporate these insights into your work. Support the team in researching and analyzing trends to inform design decisions. Contribute to the development of themed collections and look books, elevating their design and storytelling elements to create compelling visual narratives.
Brand Guidelines: Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand guidelines and ensure that all merchandise and graphic designs adhere to these standards. Help translate a brand's identity into physical products that resonate with the target audience.
Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of design work, ensuring a high degree of accuracy, particularly in copy, file production, and finishing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, supported by a portfolio showcasing digital and print work, including mockups, presentation materials, and branded merchandise.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Understanding of printing techniques and production processes within the branded merchandise industry.
Passion for cultural, graphic, and product research, with an interest in merchandise and promotional swag.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a creative team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
