Strong experience in Opcenter Configuration

Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.

MuleSoft Middleware (Good to have)

Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both orally and in writing.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Good Verbal communication & Technical documentation skills

Work with customer stakeholders on functional design based on Siemens Opcenter platform.

Articulate and communicate complex business processes, conflict resolution and buy in on functional solution.

Support across teams to develop functional design,

development, testing for process requirement and integration requirements with MES.

Ability to configure on Opcenter modelling.

Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build.

Ensure the quality of deliverable by working with assurance team

Job Title - MES L2 Integration Lead

Duration of assignment (in Months) 20 months

Work Location (State, City and Zip) US, Atlanta 30326 (preferred) | Frequent travels expected to Atlanta in case of remote location

Technical/Functional Skills Strong Middleware experience

Good experience of point-to-point integration

Hands-on experience of Camstar/Opcenter Connect MOM or other MES/MOM integration.

Work Experience on shopfloor integrations between Level 2 and Level 3

Architect, develop and implement strategies for the integration of MES solutions with existing plant automation equipments such as ASRS, AGVs etc. used in metal industry (preferred)

Expertise in developing custom interface utilities using .Net technologies.

Strong prior experience in handling shop floor IT-OT applications.

Proven experience in handling PLC, HMI and various SCADA and OPC servers

Integration of MES solutions with SAP S/4HANA

Good to have .Net/C#/VB.Net and SQL programming languages skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and accurately both orally and in writing(required)

Identify patterns and replicate best practices.

Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8-10 Years

Technical/Functional Skills Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project.

Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens OpCenter (earlier Camstar)

Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar/Opcenter execution core/Semi/Medical/Electronics

Experience in Opcenter Connect (MIO)/CIO

Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model

Strong Manufacturing Domain experience

Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.

Should have a fair understanding of computer system validations process.

Knowledge of SQL

Experience Required 10+ years

Roles & Responsibilities The individual will function as Solution Architect and responsible to Upgrade Plans, Design, Code and Develop CIO Maps and Workflows

An important skill required is the ability to understand the user requirements and processes.

She/he will be responsible for the overall site implementation of Camstar.

Responsible for distributing the work within team members.
