Job Description:

We are looking for professionals having upgrading experience (OIM 12C).

Job Description:

1. Must have 8+ years of experience in Security Domain.

2. Worked in end-to-end implementation of IAM solutions using Oracle's suite of Identity and Access Management and connecting with LDAP directories and database, setting up and maintaining provisioning and reconciliation procedures with different trusted and target systems.

3. Experience in upgrading Identity and Access Manager (OIM) from 11gR2ps2 to 11gR2 s3, 11gR2 ps3 to 12c.

4. Experience with Install, Deploy, Configure Oracle products, servers and domains related to OIM such as the Web Logic server, RCU, SOA, OIM, OAM, OID, OIF and ODSEE.

5. Worked on development of OIM customizations such as Schedule Jobs, Event Handlers, Plugins, and Approval Workflows according to business needs. Also handson with developing applications using OIM API using Java.

6.Well versed with technical functionality such as LDAP synchronization between OIM and OUD, UDF, role based access policy, configuration of OOTB connectors, custom schedulers, event handlers.

7. Interfacing with other vendors and AbbVie OIM system owner at program level

8. Provide coordination support and guidance for IAM projects with OIM skillset within the team.

9. Adopt, enforce, ensure Change Management process within the projects.

Job Roles: Candidate must have good communication skill and client interaction capability.

Job Responsibilities: Day to day Meetings with Client and Other Stakeholders and involving in process and management activities.
