Job description

Job Summary:

As an IT Project Manager for NetSuite projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of new functionality, optimization, and ongoing support of our NetSuite systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing project priorities and workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the NetSuite system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and propose enhancements to optimize NetSuite functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, modules, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
