Project Manager & Executive Assistant

We’re looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy Project Manager & Executive Assistant to support a growing consulting and brand strategy business working with thought leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
This is a varied role combining executive support, project management, research, content creation, AI tools, and presentation development. The ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of tasks, work independently, communicate clearly, and use technology and AI to work efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Provide day-to-day executive and project management support
● Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, and follow-ups
● Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines and deliverables stay on track
● Conduct research and gather statistics, insights, and supporting information

● Support the development of presentations and PowerPoint decks, including detailed 20+ slide presentations
● Summarise meetings, calls, and key discussions using tools such as Otter
● Help prepare materials for speaking opportunities, conferences, workshops, podcasts, book projects, and other thought-leadership initiatives
● Assist with pitching and submissions, including TEDx and conference  opportunities
● Communicate and coordinate through Slack and other business platforms
● Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI
● Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For ● Previous experience in project management, executive assistance, operations, or a
similar role
● Excellent written and verbal English
● Strong research and information-gathering skills
● Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
● Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
● Experience creating professional presentations and slide decks
● Highly confident using technology and learning new software
● Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and produce high-quality
work
● Able to work independently and proactively without constant supervision
● Strong communication skills and comfortable working with senior professionals
● Able to adapt quickly and take ownership of tasks from start to finish
AI & Technology Experience You should be comfortable working with modern AI and productivity tools, including platforms such as:
● ChatGPT
● Claude
● Gemini
● Perplexity
● Grok
● Otter
● Slack
● Google Workspace
● Microsoft PowerPoint

You don't necessarily need experience with every platform listed, but you should be someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about technology and understands how to use AI effectively rather than simply relying on it to complete basic tasks.
Who Would Be a Great Fit? This role would suit someone who enjoys having variety and responsibility in their work.
You might be a Project Manager who is particularly strong with technology and writing, an experienced Executive Assistant who has developed strong project management skills, or an Operations/Business Assistant who enjoys using AI to improve the way businesses work.
The key is that you're proactive, resourceful, organised, and comfortable figuring things out yourself. Why Join Assist World?   100% REMOTE $50 birthday bonus $200 testimonial bonus   NO TRACKER. NO PROBLEM
