Senior Consulting Analyst (EU based)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in Warsaw, anywhere in Poland, or anywhere in the EU, you'll work with clients across public and enterprise sectors, supporting complex projects and bringing domain expertise to help shape operational improvements and well-structured delivery workstreams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Leading specific project workstreams and coordinating activities within your domain.
• Providing hands-on operational and functional expertise during project delivery.
• Conducting workshops, interviews, and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Preparing clear documentation, reports, and recommendations for clients.
• Supporting project managers and stakeholders by bringing domain insight and practical experience.
• Acting as a subject-matter resource during discussions related to public administration, security, risk, or operational change.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience); Masters is a plus.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• English at B2-C1.
• One of the following certifications: PM2, PRINCE2, PMI, Change Management, Police/Military/Security studies, or Criminal Intelligence Certified Analyst (or equivalent).
• Proven hands-on experience and strong operational understanding in at least one domain (e.g., public sector, risk management, border or security operations, crime or intelligence analysis).
• Ability to take ownership of a workstream and operate confidently in client-facing settings.
• Strong communication skills and an organized, pragmatic approach to delivery.
