Crypto Gaming Group | Europe (Malta / Tallinn) | Remote or Relocation

Our client is a rapidly growing international gaming group operating across crypto casino, sports betting, and affiliate marketing. As the business enters its next stage of growth, they are seeking an experienced Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) to lead product strategy, technology, platform architecture, and engineering operations across the group.

Reporting directly to the CEO, COO, and Board, this is a strategic leadership position with significant influence over the company's future direction and technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the group's technology and product strategy.

  • Lead and scale engineering, product, and operational teams across multiple locations.

  • Own platform architecture, scalability, security, and infrastructure across gaming products.

  • Drive product innovation and roadmap delivery while balancing commercial objectives, user experience, and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee crypto payment infrastructure, wallet integrations, and digital asset technologies.

  • Modernise core systems including CRM, payments, reporting, and risk management platforms.

  • Support growth initiatives, new product launches, vendor selection, and technical due diligence activities.

  • Build a high-performance culture focused on delivery, accountability, and innovation.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a CTO, CPO, CPTO, or similar executive leadership role.

  • Strong background within iGaming, sports betting, crypto, fintech, or other high-volume online businesses.

  • Demonstrated success scaling technology and product teams in fast-growth environments.

  • Experience with crypto payments, blockchain infrastructure, or digital asset products is highly desirable.

  • Commercially minded leader with the ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution.

  • Comfortable managing distributed international teams and multiple jurisdictions.
