Our client is a fast-growing Australian mobile car detailing service that is expanding its back-office operations in Sri Lanka. About the Role

Serve as the first point of contact for Australian clients, delivering a high-quality customer experience while supporting daily operations during Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound client calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for Australian customers, ensuring a friendly and confident service experience
  • Accurately record and update client information and bookings in the system
  • Coordinate closely with the Australian operations team to support daily business activities

Requirements

  • Freshers are welcome (prior customer service, reception, or call centre experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and professional accent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably during early-morning shifts
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with call-handling or booking systems

Work Schedule

3:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Shift aligned with Australian business hours
After-hours allowance and transport allowance provided
