They also have innovative solutions for energy management, sun on the water, charging poles, hydrogen energy storage, etc. Due to the continued growth in the field of solar parks, our partner is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a partnership mindset to lead large-scale solar energy EPC projects (10+ million).

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

• Streamlining project organization to ensure results fulfil contract requirements;
• Efficiently managing procurement cycles from preparation to execution;
• Establishing and overseeing comprehensive planning and quality protocols;
• Facilitating effective communication with external consultants, clients, suppliers, and team members;
• Driving ongoing enhancements in business process efficiency.

About You:

• Demonstrated excellence in engineering and project management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• 4 -10 years of experience in managing large-scale technical projects.
• Self-motivated, efficient, partnership mindset, driven to grow & develop on personal and professional levels.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English, German language is a plus.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

• A full-time salary between EUR 5,000 and 6,500 gross per month.
• Performance-based bonus + Bonus based on the overall company's performance.
