Diamond Search Recruitment are honoured to be representing a trusted and well-established Estate Agency Group, based in the Southeast who are recruiting for a Senior Mortgage Advisor in Romford, Essex.

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor with a passion for providing top-notch service and expert financial guidance. You should be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, who is driven by success and achieving results.

As a Senior Mortgage Advisor you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients through the mortgage process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct client meetings to assess needs.
• Identify optimal financial solutions.
• Promote Legal & General insurance products.
• Exceed targets consistently.
• Collaborate with estate agency team for maximum business.
• Provide support to maintain referral rate.
• Proactively generate new business from existing clients.
• Coordinate with lenders for suitable products.
• Ensure compliant documentation per FCA guidelines

The Person

• CEMAP 1 qualified, (or equivalent) or hold Competency Advisor Status (CAS)
• 1 year of mortgage advisory experience
• Hold a full driving license
• Be driven and motivated by reward and success
• Have a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence

5 days per week including Saturdays (typically 2 Saturdays off per month - Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.30 and Saturday 09.00 - 17.00 - option to work from home 1 day per week
