Remote UX Researcher - Colombia

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced UX Researcher to join our remote team in Colombia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UX research, usability, information design, and information architecture. You will be responsible for creating viable and holistic user experiences, particularly within complex data-rich workflows, platforms, and design systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Utilize various research methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics to gather insights.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to create user-centered designs.
• Develop and maintain information architecture, ensuring that it supports seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Design and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
• Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design.

Qualifications:

• Vast experience in UX Research is essential.
• Proven experience in usability, information design, and information architecture.
• Strong background in creating viable and holistic user experiences.
• Experience with complex data-rich workflows, platforms, and design systems is a must.
• Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Compensation:

• Level 2: $7,648,725 Colombian Pesos Monthly / $1,845.06 USD Monthly
• Level 3: $9,915,014 Colombian Pesos Monthly / $2,391.75 USD Monthly
