Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging English training sessions (onsite or online) tailored to corporate needs.
  • Develop lesson plans and materials relevant to business contexts (e.g., meetings, email writing, presentations).
  • Assess participants language proficiency and provide regular progress reports.
  • Adjust teaching methods and pace based on learners levels and learning styles.
  • Collaborate with HR or training teams to align English programs with company objectives.
  • Maintain professionalism and punctuality in all client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in English Education, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience teaching English to adults or professionals (corporate training experience is a plus).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (minimum equivalent to C1 CEFR level).
  • Strong understanding of Business English and workplace communication.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and interactive teaching methods.
  • Ability to create customized learning materials and conduct needs assessments.
  • Comfortable teaching both face-to-face and via online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
  • Possess TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
