Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Virtual Medical Assistant- (Cognitive Neurology Specialist) to support our doctor in delivering exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Role Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
  • Time Zone: Pacific Time, USA
  • Shift Timings: Rotational
  • Salary : Market Competitive + Short Term & Long Term Benefits
  • Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field
  • Doctor's Specialty: Cognitive Neurology
  • Doctor's EMR: Braintree

Requirements:

  1. Prior Experience with Front Desk duties, answering patient calls.
  2. Prior Experience with Handle Calls
  3. Prior Experience with Schedule appointments
  4. Prior Experience with Prior Authorizations
  5. Prior Experience with Eligibility verifications
  6. Proven Experience with patient screening for Cognitive Neurology
  7. Proven experience in front desk duties within US Healthcare system
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
