Job description

We are looking for a talented person who knows the digital assets space in and out and has proven experience in leading sales and business development efforts.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and growing the company's sales efforts and revenues worldwide.

You will have the opportunity to develop relationships with major industry players such as leading blockchain projects, exchanges, investment companies and others.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and leading sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and closing deals with enterprise customers of all sizes.

Over the past 4.5 years, we have developed one of the smartest and most sophisticated autonomous trading technologies that has now served over 200 enterprise clients, traded hundreds of billions of dollars and is one of the major liquidity providers in the digital asset space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow our market making businesses - deepen and build relationships with high profile blockchain projects as well as CeFi and DeFi exchanges, VCs and investors.
  • Manage and grow relationships with current key accounts and partners
  • Collaborate with other departments, to ensure efficiency and competitive offering.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Manage and grow high-performing sales
  • Manage the sales process, including pipelines, forecasts, communication and reporting.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience from a similar company - MUST!
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Experience in business development, partnerships or any client-facing role - B2B sales, finance, fintech (including digital assets) etc.
  • Deep understanding of digital asset fundamentals, industry's jargon, ways of communication, building partnerships and doing business.
  • Trading, market making and algorithmic trading knowledge
  • Experience in traditional financial services - Asset management, funds; experience with trading platforms etc. is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; A big focus of this role is on educating potential clients about our services rather than simply attempting to sell them.
  • It is crucial to communicate effectively, pay close attention, and be able to clearly outline next steps, as well as ensuring prompt follow-up.
