CRM System Integration Lead | Dynamics 365

The company is a leading international technology consulting firm based in Hong Kong, specializing in IT consulting, implementation services, and technical solutions. With a strong R&D center in China and offices in Singapore and the United States, we leverage Microsoft technologies like Power Platform and Azure Cloud to serve over 100 global enterprise clients, including many Fortune 500 companies.

The company seeking a Dynamics365 Architect to lead a complex integration project from Salesforce to Dynamics365, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in both platforms and a solid understanding of cross-border data management and compliance.

You will be working remotely from Hong Kong with (bi-)monthly business day trips to South China. 

Responsibilities

• Design an integration architecture that meets business needs and technical constraints.

• Ensure the design supports scalability, security, and performance across various regions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

• Manage project timelines and ensure delivery within scope.

• Oversee resource management, including third-party vendors.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy laws across relevant jurisdictions.

• Work with legal and compliance teams on data governance issues.

• Design and implement integration points between Dynamics365 and Salesforce.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

• Document integration architecture and processes in detail.

• Share knowledge and contribute to best practices within the team.

• Monitor integration performance and identify optimization opportunities.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, focusing on CRM systems.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics365 and Salesforce.

• Proven track record of leading complex integration projects in a multinational context.

• Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA.

• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Mandarin and English; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in Dynamics365 (e.g., Dynamics365 Certified Platform Architect) and other Microsoft solutions.

• Experience with middleware solutions and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

• Knowledge of cloud services, including AWS and Azure.
