Minimum of 3.5 years of experience working as a Paralegal with a focus on conveyancing. Proficiency in conveyancing procedures and documentation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Core responsibilities:

Conveyancing Process: Manage all stages of residential and commercial property transactions, from initial instructions to completion. Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including contracts of sale, transfers, and settlement statements. Due Diligence: Conduct property searches, including title searches, and investigate property information and relevant details. Client Communication: Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in transactions to provide updates and gather necessary information. File Management: Maintain accurate and organized files and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Legal Research: Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law and statutory provisions related to conveyancing matters. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to solicitors and other team members as needed
