Mô tả công việc

  • Giảng dạy Tiếng Anh online cho học sinh từ 412 tuổi theo chương trình của trung tâm.
  • Soạn giáo án, chuẩn bị bài giảng theo giáo trình có sẵn (hoặc tùy chỉnh theo năng lực học sinh).
  • Sử dụng nền tảng học trực tuyến (Zoom,..) để tổ chức lớp học hiệu quả, sinh động.
  • Quản lý lớp học, tạo sự tương tác và kết nối với học sinh.
  • Đánh giá và nhận xét tiến độ học tập của học sinh định kỳ.
  • Tham gia các buổi đào tạo chuyên môn, họp giáo viên theo lịch của trung tâm.

Yêu cầu

  • Có tình yêu với trẻ nhỏ, kiên nhẫn
  • Đã trợ giảng hết buổi Nền tảng 12B (NT12B) hoặc Có chứng chỉ ielts >= 5.5 hoặc tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành tiếng anh của các trường đại học
  • Có kinh nghiệm dạy hoặc trợ giảng tiếng Anh từ 3 tháng trở lên
  • Phát âm chuẩn bảng IPA quốc tế
  • Số lớp: Nhận dạy tối thiểu 2 lớp.
  • Số ca: Tối thiếu mỗi tuần 5 ca 1 tiếng.

Thời gian:

  • Thời gian dạy: Dựa vào thời gian rảnh của gíao viên và học sinh
  • Thời gian/ca: 50-60p

Lương:

  • Lương: 55-70k/ca, 3 tháng đánh giá lương 1 lần.
