Job Summary:

The Senior IAM Engineer will integrate and maintain Ping Federate and Ping Access environments, ensuring alignment with IAM standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, product debugging, and L3 support, with a focus on LDAP and directories like Radiantlogic and Microsoft Active Directory.

Core Work Activities:

• Conduct analyses for service delivery processes and projects.
• Review requirements for completeness before solutioning.
• Coordinate implementation and quality control of systems.
• Support change management efforts related to new systems.
• Collaborate with IT and vendor relations teams.
• Provide systems development consultation.
• Alert leadership to potential service level issues or project delays.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience/certification.
• 7 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in IAM.
• Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Microsoft operating systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols.
• 5-8 years of experience with Ping Federate and Ping Access.

Preferred:

• Information security certifications (CISM, CISA, CISSP).
• Experience with AWS cloud and VM environments.
• Experience in a globally distributed enterprise environment.
• 2-3 years of directory integration experience.
• Understanding of multifactor authentication concepts.
• Basic coding skills.
