Inventory Analyst-Location Lebanon

Purpose:  

This Job Location is in Lebanon working remotely from an officespace.

The Inventory Analyst is responsible for analyzing inventoryconsumption, purchasing, stock levels, and make decisions on ordering qty andstock levels to ensure supply and demand are met, and minimize the overstockingor understocking, variances, and expiry of stock.

Responsibilities:   

1. Analyze productconsumption and delivery time, and make decisions on required inventorylevels.  

2. Monitorinventory levels, and forecast demand to ensure reordering without overstockingor understocking.

3. Allocate andtransfer inventory between branches based on consumption and preventoverstocking.

4. Directingbranches to regularly count stock and feed them into the analysis sheet to makedecision on ordering qty.

5. DirectingPurchase specialist to order and transfer stock & monitor stock deliveryand availability.

6. Monitor &Report expired stock, and ensure FIFO method is used.

7. Monitor &Report stock variances to upper management and implement ways to keep control.

8. Monitor andcontrol fuel consumption, utilities overage and other purchases as per budgetedaccount.

Qualifications:

1.       Minimumbachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent

2.       2-3years of relevant experience
