Mid Level .NET Developer

It is a hands-onCoding role, but you will be able to bring your own skills to the role to shapethe Software Development Team. This is a web-based application built usingMicrosoft technologies, we are gearing up to re-design this product deliveringa new, better, faster, and user-focussed product.

Roledescription:

• Work as part of an Agile SCRUM team breaking down,designing, estimating, developing, testing, and documenting work as perrequirements.
  
•  Assess and prioritize technical issues andeffectively communicate these priorities.
  
• Work closely with the UI/UX Design Team to progressdesign ideas to a working front-end product that delivers an outstanding userexperience.
  
• Undertake investigations/ POCs and provide possibleguidance on the best solutions to technical problems.
  
• Triage/troubleshoot, assess, and prioritize complextechnical issues and effectively communicate these priorities.
  
• Work closely with the business to ensure theProduct meets customer needs and does not negatively impact existingcustomer functionality.
  
•  Feed into the architectural design of the productsWe are creating along with other team members to ensure the maintainability,quality, performance, integration, and usability from both our customer's andthe company's perspective. This means getting involved in database design,design patterns, frameworks, hosting requirements, user interface design, etc
  
• Early identification of risk and opportunities andmaking data-backed decisions andrecommendations.
  

Candidate experience

• Experienceddeveloper with previous web-based SaaS technologies experience, working on amixture of frameworks, environments and processes, and experience of working onprojects in maintenance mode. - Demonstrable experience of remote working andleading others utilising online collaboration tools
  
• Experiencein a client facing role and be able to communicate with the client during thedelivery process.
  
• Relevantthird level degree in engineering or computer science discipline.
  
• 3+years’ experience using same or similar toolset as stated below. - An excellentleader and an ability to bring new ideas to our company.
  
•  Knowledgeof project and programme management methodologies would be advantageous.
