GENERAL FUNCTION: The Client Relationship Program Manager will design, develop, and implement strategic client acquisition programs for Fifth Third Securities and Preferred Banking. Oversee all aspects of these business development programs to ensure the optimal client/prospect pipeline activity to achieve net new client relationships and assets under management.  " Hands on" tactical leadership to coordinate, populate and maximize activities with target client segment. Perform ongoing program assessment and optimize strategy to improve performance within the annual client acquisition plan for Fifth Third Securities and Preferred Banking.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.  Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.  While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves result s by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic client acquisition for Fifth Third Securities and Preferred Banking; specifically focused on Retirement University lead generation events and client experiences to include program scheduling, client/prospect enrollment, client feedback and measurement.
  • Develop strategies to maximize pull through from Retirement University and client experiences, and tactically provide "post event" support in client/prospect communication and scheduling client advisory appointments.
  • Leverage analytics to target and engage prospects resulting in new households.
  • Execute all aspects of these client acquisition programs to ensure the proper execution and drive for outcomes
  • Ensure communications and materials are compliant with both Fifth Third and FINRA regulatory requirements
  • Perform ongoing program assessment and report on effectiveness to optimize strategy to improve performance within the annual client acquisition plan for Fifth Third Securities and Preferred Banking.
  • Partner with other divisions, lines of business or regions within the Bank to increase referrals and customer relationships
  • Develop and manage the client acquisition budget for Fifth Third Securities and Preferred Banking.
  • Liaison with Fifth Third COEs including marketing, compliance, legal and vendors to ensure seamless execution of programs
  • Support community engagement events and reputation management initiatives for Fifth Third Securities and Preferred Banking, including LinkedIn.
  • Support the company brand through the adherence to branding guidelines
  • May provide support in the client care area as needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field required.
  • 6+ years of job-related work experience.
  • Direct familiarity/experience with communications, planning and advertising with RIAs and/or FINRA regulated bodies preferred

  • Knowledge of advertising mediums.
  • Prior financial/banking experience is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Knowledge of the practices and current issues of the organization preferred.
  • Previous experience with complex or technical sales cycle marketing a plus

Total Base Pay Range 82,100.00 - 172,500.00 USD Annual
