Our Service Delivery team is the part of the business where you can influence internally within our delivery teams and work closely with the customer to meet their business requirements. You can be proactive, innovative, and look for ways to improve people's lives through technology.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key part in ensuring that all contracted services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts. You will be the single point of contact for customers regarding the provision of contracted services and align customer requirements and expectations with Datacom's service levels.
This is a dedicated, full‑time role supporting one of our Tier 1 customers, so we’re looking for a strong, experienced individual who can hit the ground running and maintain the highest standard of service delivery. You will support customers end‑to‑end and work alongside our Service Delivery Managers to support Datacom’s wider customer base.
This role is Wellington‑based only and cannot be worked remotely full‑time due to client requirements. However, it follows a hybrid working model. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we’re also mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/life balance — you and your team can figure out what works best!

We are looking for a seasoned professional with solid IT experience, preferably from within an IT-managed services environment. Given the Tier 1 nature of this customer and the dedicated full‑time commitment required, we need someone who brings both depth of experience and the confidence to manage a high‑profile customer relationship independently.
