We are looking for an Automation Quality Engineer to join a team building an AI-powered platform designed to streamline administrative workflows and enable customers to focus on learner engagement and business outcomes.

In this role, you will contribute to the quality strategy of a modern software product by designing and maintaining scalable test automation solutions, improving QA processes, and ensuring high standards across the application stack. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and support the delivery of reliable, user-focused solutions.

This is you

• Strong experience in test automation and quality engineering.

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

• Fluent English (spoken and written), enabling effective communication in an international environment.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.

• Experience building and maintaining scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks.

• Solid understanding of API, database, and UI testing.

• Ability to review requirements and technical designs and identify potential risks, gaps, and edge cases before implementation.

• Curiosity, willingness to challenge assumptions, and confidence to raise concerns when needed.

• Ability to receive feedback constructively and continuously improve ways of working.

• Interest in leveraging AI technologies to enhance daily QA activities and testing processes.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Polish language skills.

• Experience working with AI-powered products or platforms.

• Familiarity with Agile software development environments.

• Experience driving quality initiatives across teams and influencing quality standards.

• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks with a strong focus on reusability, maintainability, and reliability.

• Design and execute automated tests across API, database, and UI layers.

• Review business requirements and technical designs to identify logical gaps and quality risks early in the development lifecycle.

• Drive quality initiatives from conception to completion with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and other team members to ensure high product quality.

• Continuously improve QA processes, automation coverage, and overall testing effectiveness.

• Explore and utilize AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance quality engineering practices.
