Position Overview:
  • The Learning Coordinator provides hands-on coordination and operational support for enterprise learning programs across their full delivery lifecycle.
  • This role focuses on execution, logistics, facilitator / learner support, and data accuracy, enabling the Learning & Development team to operate efficiently and at scale.
  • The ideal consultant is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working across multiple systems, vendors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate L&D environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Program & Delivery Coordination:
    • Support the end-to-end coordination of learning programs across virtual, in-person, and blended learning experiences.
    • Manage training logistics such as session scheduling, enrollment, virtual systems access / materials, attendance & surveys, and onsite event coordination as needed (training room reservations, catering, facilities and A / V requests).
    • Assist program managers, facilitators, and stakeholders on operational tasks.
  • Operational & Administrative Support:
    • Maintain program / project trackers, calendars, shared folders, and documentation.
    • Identify and flag operational risks, gaps, or recurring issues to program / project owners.
    • Ensure accurate learner rosters & records (participation, completion, satisfaction, assessments) are collected with the Learning Management System and related survey tools.
    • Support routine audits of learning data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Vendor & Facilitation Support:
    • Coordinate with external vendors, facilitators, and speakers for scheduling, materials, and session details.
    • Prepare facilitator guides, participant materials, and communications as needed.
    • Act as producer for virtual training sessions, providing facilitation support to ensure a seamless participant experience.
    • Provide on-site support for occasional in-person training sessions in Manhattan (Midtown) and Jersey City (Exchange Place), ensuring smooth execution, facilitator support, and real-time issue resolution.
  • Learner Communications & Support:
    • Draft and send learner communications (invitations, reminders, follow-ups, surveys) using approved templates.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact with learners and respond to inquiries related to registration, access, logistics, and completion status.
    • Support survey distribution and collection of feedback post program.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in learning coordination, learning operations, or L&D administration, supporting instructor‐led, virtual, or blended learning programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through.
  • Clear written communication and customer service orientation.
  • Comfort working with learning management systems (LMS) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
  • Working Style & Expectations:
    • Highly detail oriented with the ability to manage recurring tasks reliably.
    • Comfortable working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
    • Operates effectively with direction from Program Managers and Facilitators while coordinating execution details.
    • Professional, responsive, and service focused in stakeholder interactions.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience coordinating across multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience as producer for interactive virtual training sessions including breakout rooms and real-time collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to survey tools or learning analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with learning administration best practices and compliance sensitive environments.
