Job Title: Consultant AI Service Delivery Lead
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Location: Remote


Job Description:
Must Haves: 7+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery, business analysis, process improvement, automation, or marketing technology. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, or similar AI and automation platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, CRM, DAM, or related enterprise platforms.

Role Summary/Purpose:
The Consultant AI Service Delivery Lead will serve as a blended Project Manager and Technical Lead, with approximately 40% focus on project management and 60% focus on technical solution leadership. This role will partner with Marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into actionable technical direction, and support delivery of AI, automation, and marketing technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, project management, and technical acumen, with the ability to lead stakeholder discussions, document requirements, manage delivery risks, and support quick proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms to validate business expectations and solution feasibility.

Essential Responsibilities:
Serve as a blended Project Manager and Technical Lead across AI, automation, and marketing technology initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, process gaps, and success criteria.
Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and implementation considerations.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions, project meetings, discovery sessions, and technical working sessions.
Support marketing technology discussions across platforms, integrations, workflows, AI enablement, and automation opportunities.
Develop or coordinate quick proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms to validate feasibility and business value.
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, stakeholder communications, and status reporting.
Coordinate across Marketing, IT, platform owners, delivery teams, and external consultants to ensure alignment and execution.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences and ensure expectations are documented and actionable.
Lead and influence peers and cross-functional partners in a matrix environment.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a high school diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant work experience will be accepted.
7+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery, business analysis, process improvement, automation, or marketing technology.
Demonstrated ability to combine project management discipline with technical solution leadership.
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical requirements or delivery-ready artifacts.
Technical exposure to IT projects, integrations, platforms, AI-enabled solutions, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, or similar AI and automation platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing technology concepts, marketing workflows, campaign operations, or related business processes.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage expectations across business, technology, leadership, and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience in Marketing, Marketing Technology, digital transformation, AI transformation, or platform enablement.
Hands-on experience building or supporting proof-of-concepts using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, chatbot frameworks, or automation tools.
Experience translating ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, user stories, process flows, and implementation recommendations.
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, SharePoint, Teams, Jira, CRM, DAM, or related enterprise platforms.
Experience working with IT, architecture, security, data, legal, compliance, sourcing, or governance partners.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, project governance, and change management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a "consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in position or performance requirement).
