As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in driving product delivery and ensuring that Agile teams effectively translate product vision into high-quality, executable work. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage the team backlog, refine requirements, and deliver value aligned with business needs and customer expectations.

Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure alignment between product vision, business strategy, and customer needs
Translate program backlog items into clear, actionable user stories for Agile teams
Own and manage the team backlog, ensuring proper prioritization, refinement, and alignment with delivery timelines
Work closely with Agile teams to ensure requirements are well understood and correctly implemented
Define and maintain clear acceptance criteria and support acceptance testing activities
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Program Increment (PI) planning activities
Act as a key liaison between Product Management, SMEs, and Agile delivery teams
Collect and incorporate continuous feedback from stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
Identify and manage dependencies across teams, working with Engineering, Architects, RTEs, and other Product Owners
Support Agile teams with clarification, prioritization, and sequencing of work
Drive delivery of value by ensuring continuous progress and high-quality output from the team
Participate in Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos
Monitor delivery risks and communicate any issues or deviations to stakeholders
Support release planning and coordination to ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery
Contribute to improving processes, tools, and alignment across the Agile delivery lifecycle
Promote consistent use of Clario systems, tools, and compliance with SOPs
What You'll Be Doing
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, IT, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Agile product or requirements delivery within a technology environment
Proven experience in backlog management, user story creation, and requirements elicitation
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle, and delivery frameworks
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX, and Product Management
Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira or similar)
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., clinical, medical, or GxP) is a plus
Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and quality standards is advantageous
Experience with medical devices, data systems, or regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, CE, GCP) is a plus
Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in global, distributed teams
Fluent in English
