Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in product development/coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Knowledge of product design, materials sourcing, and manufacturing processes
- Able to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Understands restaurant operations beyond buzzwords: labor, food cost, menu management, refunds, voids, modifiers, kitchen flow, reporting, and franchise/multi-unit needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Experience building or managing B2B SaaS products, ideally in restaurant tech, hospitality tech, POS, payroll, accounting, inventory, online ordering, loyalty, or payments.
- Ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
- Comfortable working directly with engineering, QA, design, sales, customer success, implementation, and support teams.
- Strong enough technically to understand APIs, integrations, databases, mobile/web apps, and third-party systems without needing to code daily.
- Educate customers on how to best use the product, troubleshoot initial issues, and resolve escalated support tickets.
- Analyze market trends, track competitor offerings, and collect customer feedback to share with leaders and engineers
- Manage the production process and ensure that products are being manufactured on time and to specifications.
