Our client is an established digital agency that builds bespoke web and mobile solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. They are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their growing engineering team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, well-crafted digital products.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on development role for someone who enjoys working across the full stack and takes pride in writing clean, reliable code. You will work closely with senior engineers, designers and project managers to bring complex digital briefs to life, with real ownership over your contribution to each project.

What You Will Be Doing

• Building and maintaining responsive, performant web and mobile applications across the full stack
• Writing clean, well-documented frontend code using modern frameworks such as React or Vue alongside strong HTML and CSS fundamentals
• Developing robust backend services, APIs and database integrations using PHP, Laravel or similar technologies
• Contributing to WordPress and Shopify builds as well as bespoke web applications tailored to client requirements
• Participating in code reviews, sprint ceremonies and technical planning sessions as an active member of the engineering team
• Conducting self QA and testing before handing off work to ensure deliverables meet the agreed standard the first time
• Collaborating closely with designers, project managers and account teams to ensure technical implementation matches creative intent
• Maintaining version control discipline using Git and contributing to a clean, well-managed shared codebase
• Flagging technical risks, blockers or scope concerns early so projects stay on track
• Staying curious about new tools, frameworks and development approaches and sharing relevant learnings with the team

What We Are Looking For

• 2 or more years of experience in full stack web or mobile development
• Solid frontend skills across HTML, CSS and at least one modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue or similar)
• Backend experience in PHP with Laravel or a comparable framework
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify
• A working knowledge of relational databases and REST API design and consumption
• Comfortable with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work on time
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to work well in a team
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to flag issues early and ask the right questions

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile development frameworks or hybrid app development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools and how they can improve development efficiency
• Experience working in an agency or studio environment across multiple concurrent client projects
• A genuine interest in growing your skills and taking on more responsibility over time
