POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, Product Strategy leads the strategy, planning, and upstream commercialization of ECRI’s healthcare technology solutions portfolio. With a strong focus on upstream marketing, customer insight, and market positioning, this role owns product direction based on a deep understanding of healthcare market needs, customer pain points, and emerging opportunities across care settings. Reporting to the Executive Director of Transformation & Innovation, this role works in close partnership with product leads, downstream marketing, and cross-functional business teams to ensure that ECRI’s solutions are well-positioned, clearly defined, and aligned to both customer needs and organizational priorities. The Director serves as the primary bridge between market intelligence and portfolio strategy — ensuring that what ECRI offers is both true to its mission and compelling to those it serves. This role leads alpha and beta program initiatives in collaboration with partners and customers to validate new concepts and refine features prior to launch. The ideal candidate is a strategic, analytically driven leader with deep healthcare market instincts who can translate customer and market intelligence into actionable product strategy.
